Seneca philosophus

De beneficiis; De clementia

Norditalien, Anfang 9. Jh.

The manuscript is the oldest testimony for both Seneca tractates and apparently the archetype for the entire handwritten tradition. It had been held in the library of Abbey Lorsch, at the latest, since the 13th century.
