Vatikan, Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, Pal. lat. 234

Marius Mercator ("Collectio Palatina") (Fasz. I); Augustinus (Fasz. II)

The manuscript consists of two originally independent parts: Both were written in the 1st half of the 9th century, fascicle I (foll. 2-113) in Verona, fasicle II (foll. 114-272) possibly in East France. The added liturgical fragment (fol. 1) written in the 11th century. Its place of origin is unknown.
Fascicle I was possibly held at the library of Abbey Lorsch, fascicle II was certainly held there already since the 2nd half of the 9th century.
