The codex consists of several originally independent parts: Fascicle I (foll. 1-75: Beda), II (foll. 76-83: In epistulas canonicas) and IV (foll. 115-157: Epistulae canonicae cum glossis) do not derive from Lorsch and were written around the 12th and 13th century. Their places of origin are unknown.
