Aschaffenburg, Hofbibliothek, Ms. 20 (verschollen)

Evangeliarum

Lorsch (?), 11. Jh.

The codex which is ascribed to the so-called Oudalricus-peccator-Group (due to the inscription by a benefactor underneath the miniature of Matthew) vanished in 1945.
However, black and white images of eight pages have survived until today and are held at the Bildarchiv Foto Marburg and the Photothek of the Zentralinstitut für Kunstgeschichte in Munich.
