Presumably a scribe trained in Lorsch was involved in the making of this manuscript (fol. 242vb, l. 12 - fol. 243ra).
The cover is coated with fragments of an antiphonal from the 15th century. Front and back pastedown are reinforced by fragments from a further antiphonal, also from the 15th century. None of these fragments derive from Lorsch, their place of origin is unknown.
